Kiwon Lafiya: A rage cin gishiri don kauce wa cututtukan zuciya – WHO

Ƙungiyar kiwon lafiya ta duniya wato WHO ta yi kira ga mutane da su rage yawan cin gishiri domin gujewa kamuwa da cututtukan dake kama zuciya (cardiovascular disorders a turance).

Ƙungiyar ta bayyana haka a shafinta na tuwita inda ta ce yawan cin gishiri a abinci na kawo wa zuciyar mutum matsala da idan ba a kula ba yakan yi ajalin mutum.

Domin gujewa irin haka, kamata ya yi mutane musamman matasa su ci aƙalla, cikin ƙaramin chokali ɗaya a rana idan ya kama, hakan zai taimaka wurin kare zuciyar mutum sannan da kare mutum daga kamuwa da cututtuka kamar su hawan jini, shanyewar ɓarin jiki da sauran su.

WHO ta kuma bayyana cewa mutane za su iya inganta kiwon lafiyar su ta hanyar cin ganyayyaki da kuma kayan lambu.

Dole ne a rage cin gishiri ko kuma daina cin sa gaba ɗaya, idan kuma yazama dole sai anyi amfani da gishirin, to lalle ana yawan motsa jiki domin samun yawaitar gudanar jini da lafiya wadatacciya.
